Spillway Video

This video is for a young adult novel that I was unsuccessful in finding an agent for, although there was a lot of interest and a few agents who came close to accepting it. Eventually, I decided to strip the novel down into a short story that will be published soon.

Here is the pitch I used: In Spillway, seventeen-year-old Paul is caught between love and friendship when he falls for the new girl in school, who might not feel the same way, and when his best friend's violent behavior leads to a possible rape.
